Join us in the afternoon as we visit the Rovos Rail Station at their complex in Pretoria to witness the Pride of Africa depart!

We will photograph a train being prepared and shunted, and the chance of seeing one of Rovos Rail's restored steam locomotives in steam. ** This is subject to change and is not a guarantee. **

At the same time, a tour around the Rovos Rail complex to witness how they meticulously manufacture various components for their trains, see their progress on the various locomotives they are overhauling (steam, diesel & electric), and modifications/manufacturing of their rolling stock.

At around 18H00, the train departs and we finish the morning with an authentic Rovos Rail spread of various finger snacks and tea/coffee.
